CSI makes extensive use of state-of-the-art project management and development tools to coordinate projects with our clients, keep track of software revisions, and perform general project management. Our project management tools are web-based and allow for our clients to submit tickets and other relevant documentation throughout the implementation process.

Because MAGNET is web-based, we are able to present our clients with a functional software shell very early in the implementation process. This is extremely useful for communicating the operation of our various modules, as well as demonstrating customizations and configurations as they occur. Implementation engineers utilize a web-based ticketing system in the field during client configuration and orientation sessions to ensure that all relevant business information is quickly captured and put immediately into our configuration specialists’ capable hands.
