Any data or document – from digital photos, CAD drawings, PDF files to word documents and even emails can be linked to any MAGNET data object – a contact, permit, license, inspection etc. Document management essentially handles itself through these associations and MAGNET’s activities log.

You can access any linked document from any other – if you know only the date, or the inspector, or the address, or Property ID number, you can find one or more of the above entities and instantly have access to any associated files. What’s more, MAGNET will track every file version, file addition, change to a record, or step in a workflow via its activity log so you can tell at a glance what work has been done, who has done it and when.
